Is there a setup or monthly fee?
Standard pricing is per transaction only. Terminal hardware for POS Pulse is quoted separately by the sales team.
When is the fee taken?
The fee is deducted from each successful transaction before settlement, so the amount that reaches your account is already net of fees.
Do the caps apply to every product?
Caps apply to local cards only. International card fees are a flat percentage with no cap.
What about account-to-account payments?
Pricing for bank transfer and account-to-account payments is confirmed during onboarding. Talk to sales for a quote.
